Since getting her Realtor’s license in 2018, Nikki Hessami has already built a reputation as someone with her finger on the pulse of Toronto, and as an agent who will always put her client’s best interests first. “I never worry about what I’m going to make at the end of a transaction,” Nikki explains. “I put myself in my clients’ shoes and then advise them based on how well a property matches their needs.” It’s the kind of service Nikki valued herself when she moved to Ontario in 2014. Formerly a university instructor of architecture in Iran, Nikki decided to pursue a career that would allow her to combine her enjoyment of beautiful architecture with her passion for helping people, and for the last three years she has been offering a service built on the core values of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance.

That commitment, her hard work, and her deep knowledge of the industry has garnered Nikki an ever increasing number of referral clients as she delivers superior service to the Greater Toronto area with Home Leader Realty. As a pre-construction condo specialist, she has helped buyers from all over the world move to Toronto or to find the right properties for their investment portfolio. “I’m there for my clients every step of the way,” says Nikki. “And I can help them through the process in whatever way they need. I’ve even helped people purchase properties remotely, taking them on showings via video calls.” Last year Nikki closed 12 transactions, and has 18 year-to-date sales in 2021. Eventually she would like to build a team, sharing her knowledge and methods with new agents in order to help even more people with their homeownership and investment goals.
